Parents have l...Brilliant post and so very true. <br /><br />Parents have lost belief in themselves and some have just grow plain lazy and would rather someone else take care of it. <br /><br />At the same time the teachers and education departments have put themselves on some sort of pedestal that says their teaching degrees makes them lofty and untouchable. They look down from their high places and scoff at those trying to imitate them and shackle (with restrictions) those actually doing a better job than them.<br /><br />I'm just praying that QLD don't get ideas from over the border and lock us up in the National Curriculum as well.
